News of Gabby and Erich's split surfaced on November 4, and then Gabby revealed while she was competing on Dancing with the Stars later that month how she and her former fiance weren't "in sync" or "the best match" for each other.
When asked if she'd be The Bachelorette star again, Gabby revealed on the April 25 episode of the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast, "I would honestly be the Bachelorette again -- for the right price."
Kaitlyn Bristowe -- who starred on The Bachelorette's eleventh season before hosting two editions, Seasons 17 and 18, back-to-back in 2021 -- pointed out how Gabby deserves to come out of the show "with a nice paycheck" if she doesn't end up finding true love.
"Make it worth your while," Kaitlyn advised the former ICU nurse and NFL football cheerleader with a laugh.
"Right, totally," Gabby agreed.
Kaitlyn thought Gabby would definitely want to do the show if she could cast all the men for her season.
But Gabby clarified, "I don't want to stock all the guys. I kind of was doing my own thing anyway on The Bachelorette. I feel like I did make a lot of my own rules."
Gabby went on to complain how The Bachelorette was "very structured" -- a little too structured -- for her taste.
"I wish they were down to have a little more fun, like, down to clown -- which I think we do a lot behind the scenes," Gabby noted. "But watching it back, it has that soap-opera tone, which I think kind of puts people off."

Gabby co-starred on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season alongside Rachel Recchia.
Both women got dumped simultaneously by Clayton Echard on The Bachelor's 26th season, which aired in early 2022.
At the end of The Bachelorette 19, Gabby thought she had found her happy ending, and Rachel also accepted a marriage proposal to Tino Franco during the finale.
Tino, however, cheated on Rachel after filming ended, and so the pair announced their breakup on After the Final Rose in September 2022.
Rachel previously said she'd star on The Bachelorette again only if producers could guarantee she'd find her match and forever person.
"We had so much fun," Gabby recalled of doing the show alongside her bestie. "I honestly have nothing but good things to say. Being on the other side, I wouldn't do anything differently."
Rachel has essentially said the opposite in the media, but Gabby insisted, "She thinks she made mistakes but I told her, 'You didn't make any mistakes! There's no right or wrong when it comes to love and you're listening to your gut.'"
After Gabby and Erich broke up, Gabby set her sights on her Dancing with the Stars competitor, Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino.

The pair flirted on social media for months beginning in November 2022 and spent a lot of time together on the Dancing with the Stars tour earlier this year, but Vinny confirmed in January that he and Gabby weren't dating.
"It takes a lot more for me than just, like, a couple Instagram comments to be dating someone," Vinny explained to Us Weekly, adding, "I would actually go to dinner with Gabby. It's just that we just met, you know what I mean? It's not like anything serious."
Vinny, however, gushed about how he has "great chemistry" with the brunette beauty.
"We're both, like, comedians. So, that's why we get along and that's also why we flirt so much on Instagram because we have that same banter with each other," Vinny shared at the time.
Gabby told Kaitlyn that she and Vinny still talk all the time and he likes her, however, she said dating would be difficult since she lives in Los Angeles and he lives in New York.
Gabby also confirmed she has no romantic interest in Dancing with the Stars pro Alan Bersten, whom she was spotted on a dinner date with in March. Gabby said they're "just friends" and she also feels he brings "little-brother energy" to their relationship.
Erich, meanwhile, recently shared how his mental health struggled during and after The Bachelorette.
Erich announced in mid-February he was in a new relationship with model and social media influencer Elizabeth Turner.
Although there are no pictures of Elizabeth on Erich's Instagram account, her account shows they're hanging out all the time and are still going strong as a couple.
