Cheryl Bentley must know Donald Trump has deep pockets, as the Georgia resident has filed a lawsuit against the real estate mogul claiming his The Apprentice reality show's "Get Rich with Trump" home viewer game is illegal, according to an article in Thursday's Gwinnett (GA) Daily Post.

In the lawsuit, Bentley's attorneys state "Get Rich with Trump" violates Georgia law because it offers a grand prize of $10,000, requires a 99-cent entry fee plus standard text-messaging rates, and winners are chosen at random. Bentley's attorneys are seeking class-action status for the lawsuit.
The attorneys and a spokesperson for Trump both did not return calls to the Gwinnett Daily Post on Wednesday, and "a message left for a number listed for Bentley" was also not returned.
