Giada De Laurentiis' divorce from Todd Thompson has been finalized.

De Laurentiis married the 52-year-old fashion designer in May 2003. The couple announced their separation in December 2014 although De Laurentiis later revealed they actually split in July of that year.
Because De Laurentiis and Thompson opted out of signing a prenuptial agreement, De Laurentiis reportedly must pay her ex-husband $9,000 a month in child support for their seven-year-old daughter Jade Marie De Laurentiis-Thompson.
The pair will share custody of Jade and neither individual will receive spousal support, according to ET.
As for the couple's assets, Thompson reportedly gets to keep their $3.2 million house in Pacific Palisades, CA, as well as 50 percent of the advances for De Laurentiis' upcoming cookbooks valued at over $5 million. De Laurentiis will maintain all rights to her Linguine Productions company and GDL Foods, Inc.
De Laurentiis regularly served as a mentor on Food Network Star beginning in June 2010.
