Giuliana Rancic is ready to share the very personal details of her life with fans -- on paper, not TV.

Giuliana's book will also document her childhood as an immigrant from Naples, Italy; how she suffered from severe scoliosis in her teen years, her success in the entertainment industry and all the stories she has in regards to covering big celebrities; infertility issues of her past, and life as a wife to husband Bill Rancic and mother to their young son Duke.
"The road I have had to travel these past few years to become who I am today -- a mother, a wife, a cancer survivor, a TV host -- was often harrowing. While I can't say I'm glad I made that particular journey, from where I stand now, I can tell you that the destination is pretty sweet," Giuliana said in a statement.
"But there are many things that my fans, my friends and even my family never knew about my private struggle. I hope by writing this book and sharing my journey, I can be an inspiration to those facing their own personal turmoil."
Crown Archetype, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, is behind the memoir, which is scheduled to have a Spring 2015 release date. The book will be sold in both the U.S. and Canada via print and digital formats.
"We are thrilled to be publishing Giuliana's memoir," added Crown Archetype publisher and executive Tina Constable. "Her personal story of facing life's ups and downs with dignity, grace, a sense of humor, and a can-do attitude, will be an inspiration to many and a terrific addition to our list."
Giuliana previously penned two relationship books. Think Like a Guy was released in 2005, while I Do, Now What? hit shelves in September 2010 and had been co-authored by Bill. Giuliana's memoir, however, will be much deeper.
"The decision to write an intimate memoir wasn't an easy one, but it's a challenge I will take on with honesty and candor," Giuliana, who also serves as a co-host on Fashion Police, told E! News.
Giuliana & Bill's seventh season premieres Tuesday night at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
