"We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey," Bill added.
Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer in October. The couple's first child also comes after an unfortunate miscarriage and numerous failed attempts at getting pregnant through in vitro fertilization.
"We received an incredible amount of love and prayers from viewers around the world," Giuliana said during an appearance on the Today show on Monday morning, according to E! News. "And we want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them for their love."
In addition to having a baby on the way, Giuliana -- who is seemingly back to her normal routine and doing well after undergoing a successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in December when prior attempts at radiation treatment didn't eradicate her cancerous mass -- and Bill will also be renewing their vows this summer.
"[We] really take life on and look at it in a new light," Bill reportedly said.
