Giuliana Rancic told TV's "Access Hollywood" she and her husband Bill would like to have more children.

"We're definitely thinking about it," said the female half of TV's "Giuliana & Bill." "We'd love another child. So, we'll see."
The reality TV personality and breast cancer survivor said, however, her husband isn't sure exactly how big a family he wants just yet.
"Any time we have a rough time with Duke, he's like, 'What do you think about just one?'" she laughed.
"I'm like, 'Bill, I'm Italian, I need a big family.' I mean, there's nothing more beautiful. I think [you should] have as many kids as you can handle! Why not? And I think that in the future, we'll be so glad that we had as many kids as we did."
