- Gleb previously appeared on the UK, Australian, and Russian versions of Dancing with the Stars. He was also a contestant on Celebrity MasterChef in 2016.
- He has lived in New York, Hong Kong, Sydney and more. Before becoming a member of the DWTS family, he taught in North Carolina with DWTS pro Karina Smirnoff as well as in the same Times Square studio with pro Cheryl Burke.
- Gleb began dancing at age 8 and left home at age 16, when he began supporting himself. He eventually graduated from Russian Theatre Arts University with a Masters in Choreography.
- Gleb joined the American version of Dancing with the Stars in Season 16. He competed with Lisa Vanderpump and finished in tenth place.
- He quit his role on Strictly Come Dancing this year after joining the show for its 13th season in 2015.
