"I'm Grant and I'm your new Bachelor!" Grant says in the video.
"I'm a New Jersey boy, mama's boy, I'm a day trader, and I'm an athlete. I'm really a goofball!"
Grant, who currently resides in Houston, TX, goes on to explain, "I'm looking for love. I want a wife. I'm searching for happiness. To get what you want out of life, you have to take a chance."
Grant says in the footage that "love is a choice" and "love is hard."
"But ultimately," Grant continued, "the hardest things have the biggest reward."
Grant concludes, "Let the journey begin!"
The post was captioned, "Meet #TheBachelor: Certified Goofball. Watch the season premiere Monday, January 27 on ABC! Stream on Hulu."

In September, ABC announced 27 potential bachelorettes for Grant's season, but his official cast of bachelorettes has yet to be released.
On The Bachelorette's 21st season which just wrapped this past summer, Jenn Tran was shown eliminating Grant during the show's August 12 episode, and Grant seemed pretty crushed to be denied a rose right before hometown dates.

Once his elimination aired, ABC immediately announced Grant will be starring on The Bachelor's upcoming season.
The early announcement surprised many viewers considering Jenn still had four bachelors -- Devin Strader, Jeremy Simon, Jonathon Johnson and Marcus Shoberg -- in the running for her heart on the show.
"We are announcing Grant so quickly so people can still apply to be on his season," ABC executive Rob Mills wrote via X, which was formerly called Twitter, in August.
"If you think Grant is potentially the man of your dreams or you know someone who is apply ASAP!!!"
Grant revealed on Instagram in August that he's looking for a woman who is kind and understanding.
"Some qualities I'm looking for in a potential partner is somebody who is adventurous, somebody who is affectionate, and somebody who is loving," Grant shared.
"I can't wait for this incredible journey to be kicked off," he added. "It's going to be so fun, and I hope you guys tune in. Peace!"

Grant will be the second Black Bachelor of the franchise, following in Season 25 star Matt James' footsteps.
