Gwen Stefani has shared some big baby news with the public.

In honor of April Fools' Day, Stefani posted a picture of an ultrasound on her Instagram Friday, revealing she's pregnant with a little girl.
Stefani is clearly biting back at tabloids and rumors claiming she's expecting a child with Blake Shelton, her boyfriend of only five months. In Touch Weekly recently reported the couple has a "miracle baby" on the way considering Stefani is 46-years-old.
"I think it's awfully early to be talking about that, don't you?" Shelton, 39, said in an interview, according to E! News.
It's not the first time Stefani has poked fun at pregnancy speculation. In her music video for "Make Me Life You," Stefani holds up a sign with a look of shock and disapproval on her face that reads, "Gwen Pregnant With Alien Baby!"
Stefani admitted to Vanity Fair she's "for sure" in love with Shelton. The Voice coaches publicly acknowledged their romantic relationship in early November of last year after being photographed getting touchy-feely at a couple of different Halloween parties.
Shelton has served as a mainstay coach on The Voice since the show premiered back in 2011. Stefani appeared as her boyfriend's team adviser on the currently-airing tenth season for the show's infamous Battle Round. The No Doubt songstress was also a coach on The Voice's seventh and ninth editions.
