Hannah Brown has revealed why she almost eliminated Tyler Cameron from her initial group of bachelors on Night 1 of her The Bachelorette journey on Season 15.

"I almost did [cut Tyler]," Hannah told Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt during the June 18 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

Hannah explained that something was off with Tyler during that first night of filming and she didn't really get to know him.

"The thing about Tyler, I thought he was drunk or that something was wrong with him when we first [met]," Hannah said with a laugh of her The Bachelorette runner-up.

"I was like, 'Is this guy [okay]?' I actually asked the producers to check on him!"

The former Alabama beauty queen and Dancing with the Stars winner recalled while laughing, "I was like, 'I think there's something going on.'"

Hannah gave Tyler the benefit of the doubt by suggesting, "I think he was just really nervous," but she admitted that his "eyes were barely open" at that first cocktail party of her The Bachelorette season.

"I was like, 'Is this guy here with us? I'm not sure!'" Hannah shared.

"He's obviously attractive, but people always ask me about the top people in [my cast] that I ended up having connections with, and so there actually wasn't a connection with him that first night."

In Tyler's defense, however, Hannah clarified how it was "hard" for her suitors to secure time with her and there was "so much going on" before the first Rose Ceremony.

"I was just like, 'This guy is not [showing up for me].' But I really liked the other Tyler, who I went on my first date with," Tyler admitted, referring to Tyler Gwozdz, who was a 28-year-old psychology graduate student from Boca Raton, FL, at the time.

"I had an off-the-bat connection with him. He was so kind and we just had great conversation. [Mike Johnson], I loved Mike from the beginning because he's just very well-spoken. He was somebody I could just easily talk to."

Hannah pointed out how "everyone was so nervous," and she was trying to figure out her new role that night.

"The first night was really hard. I felt like I was almost babysitting the whole time. I was like, 'How are you feeling? What's going on? You've got this! Say what you prepared," Hannah explained.

Hannah confessed that she didn't really feel like her husband was in the room on Night 1.

"I kind of cushioned [my words] a little bit," Hannah disclosed.

"I [said], 'I feel like my husband could [be here]. But if I went off my first gut, it's not that any of these guys were bad, but I just don't know if my person's here -- and I said that in the back room."

Tyler finished Hannah's The Bachelorette season in second place behind her winner, aspiring country singer Jed Wyatt, who allegedly had a girlfriend back home during filming.

Hannah therefore broke off her engagement to Jed about a month after he had popped the question in Greece and before The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose aired on ABC in late July 2019.

Tyler previously admitted he cried in a bathtub and felt crushed by the breakup, but Hannah publicly asked him out on a date on After the Final Rose.

While the pair did remain friendly and in touch, Tyler moved on with supermodel Gigi Hadid.

But Hannah and Tyler reunited due to the passing of Tyler's beloved mother Andrea Cameron in February 2020, and then they quarantined together during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.

Both Hannah and Tyler have said, however, that the timing was off and it getting romantically involved at the time didn't feel right.

Hannah -- who had also slept with her The Bachelorette third-place finisher Peter Weber in early 2020 -- wrote in her November 2021 memoir, God Bless This Mess, that she has "compassion" for herself and everyone who was involved in her life during that time.

Although Hannah had dumped Tyler on The Bachelorette, she has suggested in many interviews that Tyler broke her heart.

Hannah recalled receiving mixed signals and navigating a confusing relationship with Tyler from 2019-2020 in her first memoir.

Not only did Hannah write that she felt like Tyler's "backup player who never got to play in the game," but she also said their relationship "wasn't some game" to her and he "broke" her heart when he began dating Gigi shortly after The Bachelorette 15 wrapped on TV.

And Hannah claimed Tyler's last text to her after their quarantine session was, "Well... if you rock with me, you rock with me. If you don't, you don't."

But Tyler noted on "The Bellas Podcast" once Hannah's book was released in late 2021, "I've got receipts, too!"

Tyler has since been romantically linked to beautiful women such as Stassie Karanikolaou, Juliette Porter, Jilissa Ann Zoltko, Camila Kendra, and Paige Lorenze. He said he had fallen in love with Camila but she dumped him in August 2021 after eight months of dating.

Tyler -- who finished as the runner-up on Fox's The Real Dirty Dancing last year and also competed on Season 2 of the network's Special Forces: World's Toughest Test reality competition -- recently said he thinks it's "awesome" that Hannah is now engaged to model Adam Woolard.

Tyler has said in the media that life ultimately "worked out" for the both of them.

Hannah, who also won a season of Special Forces, and Adam got engaged in August 2023, and they've been slowly planning their nuptials ever since.

"We're in the beginning stages, for sure," Hannah told Us Weekly in February.

"[We] have a wedding planner, but that is about it... [It's] been a very busy season and we've really been just focusing on our relationship and preparing for a marriage, not a wedding, but the wedding planning will definitely ramp up here soon."

Tyler admitted to Us on June 8 that he won't be going to Hannah and Adam's wedding.

In fact, Tyler admitted that he's not even holding out hope for a wedding invitation.

"I mean that with all due respect to her and her man, like, I'm not going to get an invite, and I hope I don't get an invite," Tyler said.

"It should be about them. It should not be about anyone else. It's a special day for two special people, and they're going to have an amazing wedding."

Tyler concluded, "I don't need to be there. I would need to be there cheering them on from the sidelines -- like way back in Jupiter, [Florida]."

In terms of Tyler's current love life, he is rumored to be dating Tate Madden, who briefly appeared on his Going Home with Tyler Cameron reality series on Amazon.

Hannah also appeared on Going Home as an interior designer and decorator, and the former The Bachelorette star revealed earlier this year what Adam had thought of her reunion with her ex.

When asked how Adam felt about Hannah being so close to Tyler again, Hannah laughed and replied, "Ummm," during a late April episode of "The Ben and Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast, which is co-hosted by Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti.

"We know where we're at in our relationship, and that season of life, I feel really like it's over," Hannah said of her past with Tyler.

Hannah went on to reveal, however, that she and Adam weren't engaged at the time she taped Tyler's show.

"But we had decided, 'We're in it together. This is my life partner,'" Hannah recalled.

"So he trusted me and was excited for me to be able to have this opportunity to do a passion of mine, and yeah! So he's cool. He's supportive of me... Yeah, I think I answered that."

Hannah apparently saw Going Home with Tyler Cameron as a great opportunity she didn't want to pass on.

"It was a way where we were really able to move on and support each other in our own ventures but also be able to showcase something I'm really passionate about, and he gave me the opportunity to do that," Hannah said of Tyler.

"So I was like, 'This will be fun!' It was great to be in Florida for a few days and to be able to work with the clients, they were awesome. It was actually a really great time and I had a lot of fun."
