According to a source, Hannah, 24, reportedly invited Tyler, 26, over to the home she has been staying at in the Los Angeles area while doing post-finale press on Thursday.
Details of their date have yet to emerge, but Hannah suggested it wasn't going to be in public or something she'd even necessarily choose to talk about.
"I'd like to keep my private life my private life from now on," Hannah told The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday when asked about potentially rekindling that flame with Tyler.
"It's whatever I decide to choose to share, but I'm excited to be able to catch up."
Later on Wednesday, Hannah had also made an Instagram posting in which she told her followers the date would be happening, but they wouldn't be invited.
"And yes, the drink is happening. No, you're not invited," she wrote in the posting in which she thanked press outlets and reflected on her The Bachelorette journey.
"I'm really appreciative that Tyler has always had my back and supported me through all my decisions. He constantly encourages me to lean into the strong woman that I am. He's a really good man, and I'm going to be his biggest fan in whatever makes him the happiest. roll tide."
However, hours after Us Weekly's report that Hannah had invited Tyler over to her place on Thursday night, TMZ published photos that showed Hannah appearing to walk Tyler out of the residential building on Friday morning -- suggesting their date apparently turned into an overnight date!
In the photos, which were taken shortly after 10AM in Los Angeles, Tyler is seen talking with Hannah in the building's entrance while looking at his phone and holding what appears to be a small luggage bag with rollers.
After saying goodbye to Hannah, Tyler is then shown carrying his bag down the stairs and onto the street.

Within hours after reuniting with Hannah on The Bachelorette finale Tuesday night, Tyler appeared on Nick Viall's "The Viall Files" podcast to discuss how Hannah had boldly and publicly asked him to "grab a drink."
"I think [Hannah's date invitation] was definitely surprising, but I think it was inevitable," Tyler told Nick.
"I think that we just both need to have that time to talk and, you know, just see each other and be there for each other. I think we have a great relationship, you know, and friendship."
Tyler told Nick it didn't make sense to go "cold turkey" with Hannah just because their relationship didn't work out on TV.
"[She's] someone I would hope to have a drink with and see what happens and take it one step at a time," Tyler said, adding there's "no pressure" for his relationship with Hannah to turn into anything.
"I'm excited to have a drink with her and just talk, because it's been months. We'll take it one day at a time."
Tyler also previously admitted to People it would not be healthy for Hannah and himself to jump back into a romance after a whirlwind couple of months and her breakup with Jed Wyatt.
