Hannah wrote at the top of her post, "Intention setting for 2020" and then wrote underneath it, "Feeling hopeful and grateful for the year to come."

Hannah went on to list her New Year's resolutions that were handwritten.

"LOVE. I still want it. The real kind," Hannah wrote in one bullet.

And then in a second bullet, she penned to paper, "Don't give up on dreams. Work hard. Feel good enough. Feel capable enough. Don't settle. Believe you deserve it all. Give back."

"Be kind," she added. "Be strong. Don't take bullsh-t. Be a leader. Learn from others. Gain wisdom. Get out of your comfort zone. Take chances. Stay hopeful."

Hannah's other aspirations for 2020 included self-care and attending therapy sessions, building a community of friends in Los Angeles, taking dance classes to "keep this skill," eating healthier, reading more, and being "conscious of who you let into your world," according to Us Weekly.

Hannah reportedly said writing down her intentions made her feel better and there was much more on her list that she didn't share with the world.

"But some goals are mine to know...and for you all to find out WHEN I CRUSH THEM," Hannah added.

Hannah got engaged to The Bachelorette's Season 15 winner, Jed Wyatt, but broke up with him five weeks after his marriage proposal taped because he hadn't been honest about the extent of his dating history shortly before competing for her heart.

Jed initially told Hannah that his romance with ex Haley Stevens ended one week before taping commenced, but Haley told People in June that Jed left Nashville to film the show in March still dating her.

In addition, Haley alleged in her interview Jed had said he was only going on the show to boost his music career and they'd resume their relationship once he returned home.

Jed apologized for his behavior multiple times on the finale and insisted he truly loved Hannah, but it just wasn't enough to convince Hannah to stay in the toxic relationship.

The former couple apparently had problems even before the Haley incident occurred.

Hannah's runner-up Tyler Cameron later seemed to pass on Hannah after the former couple spent a night together in Los Angeles for supermodel Gigi Hadid, whom he dated for nearly two months before they called it quits in October.

Hannah and her professional partner Alan Bersten were crowned champions of Dancing with the Stars' latest season, which wrapped in late November.

The pair defeated runner-up couple Kel Mitchell and partner Witney Carson as well as third-place finishers Ally Brooke and partner Sasha Farber.

Former American Idol contestant Lauren Alaina and partner Gleb Savchenko placed fourth on Season 28.

Although romance rumors have plagued Hannah and Alan since they began rehearsing together, the pair have continued to insist they're just close friends who have built an incredibly tight bond.
