Heidi Montag has reduced her breast size from an F-cup to a D-cup and says she regrets getting the huge implants after experiencing a "nightmare" of painful health problems.

The former The Hills star underwent a $22,000 five-hour plastic surgery procedure to make her breasts smaller, which required rebuilding the pocket where her old implants were since the skin was so stretched out.
"Sometimes when I'm sitting there, my breasts hurt so bad I just want to like rip them off... I do regret getting the implants," Heidi told Entertainment Tonight in a recent interview.
"I have a ruptured disk in my neck, the nerves are like pinching with the spine, and then I'm having severe back problems with my muscles on my right shoulder, and my spine is being pulled forward from the weight of my breasts. I've had numbness in my arm as well from the pinched nerves because of everything, so my arm has been going numb on and off for several months now."
Montag said her F-cup breasts weighed three pounds each.

"I wasn't warned by my doctor at all about back problems, about the repercussions. I have my new doctor who's like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big,'" Montag explained. "I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."
The former reality TV star said she spent four years "so uncomfortable" with the big breasts, and her new smaller chest size has left her "relieved the burden is literally lifted off my chest."
Montag swore the corrective plastic surgery procedure will be her last and warned other girls who are thinking of getting implants.
"[They should] really think about it and really research it, because they look great and they sound fun, but once you get them that's it, you've done the damage to your skin, to your back, to your muscles. Is that vanity worth potentially harming yourself? And for me, that answer is, 'No,'" Montag explained.
Montag admitted to Good Morning America in January 2010 she was "obsessed with plastic surgery" but not "addicted."

Montag underwent 10 procedures -- the breast augmentation revision to go bigger; a mini brow lift; botox in her forehead and frown area; a nose job revision; fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; a chin reduction; neck liposuction; ear pinning; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and buttock augmentation -- on a single day on November 20, 2009.
She thought all the work she had done created an "improved version" of herself.
"I do love it and I appreciate it and I appreciate the science behind it," Montag told Access Hollywood in January 2010.
"How incredible... we [are] blessed to even have this surgery that we have. We're so advanced. If Cleopatra were alive now, I'm sure she'd have triple D's... there's always been a struggle between pain and beauty. I feel like since the beginning of time."
However, Montag also admitted she almost died after the numerous procedures because she had too much Demerol in her system. She told the show it was a "very traumatic experience."

Shockingly at the time, the F-cups didn't even meet Montag's demands, as she wanted to go even larger but eventually had to just accept her chest the way it was.
"At first I kept saying my boobs aren't big enough. I wanted 800 cc's and I ended up getting about 650 cc's. 800 is the largest size that they make," she told Access Hollywood at the time.
"I wanted them to be larger originally, but this is all that could fit into my body. So, I kept saying like a crazy person for eight weeks, saying I want them bigger I want them bigger. I think I'm good with them now... They're triple D's or F's pretty much, I wanted 'H' for Heidi but that didn't really happen that way."
It's presumably safe to say Montag is now thankful she didn't upgrade to the 'H' back in the day.
