"Oh my God! Yeah! It feels so good. It's totally amazing, I can barely feel my body right now. It's so completely overwhelming. I'm trying to hold onto every second of it here. I'm incredibly proud of myself and I'm just thankful that I've left my mark here. I am excited to go out to Vegas and keep pushing that bar higher and higher until I f-cking touch the stars!" Christina said in excitement after discovering she had won Hell's Kitchen.
As the show's tenth-season winner, Christina won a $250,000 head chef position at Hell's Kitchen star Gordon Ramsay's Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurant at the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Gordon said Christina won the competition mainly due to her extreme passion and undeniable talent.
"Christina, I don't think I have ever met a more passionate chef. [Justin Antiorio], you have an extraordinary pallet -- a unique gift, a natural gift. I have no doubt in my mind that both of you will have successful careers. After a great deal of thought, I have come to a decision," Gordon explained.

"Christina is a strong leader who is totally at home in the kitchen. I know I'm not rolling the dice with her in Vegas, because she is the real deal."
Christina defeated Justin, a 29-year-old sous chef from Lyndhurst, NJ, during last night's Hell's Kitchen finale broadcast.
Justin took the news of his loss fairly well and congratulated his opponent on a hard-earned victory.
"The toughest thing I've ever had in my life was honestly pulling that doorknob and not having it open, but I know I gave everything I could possibly give. I have no regrets. This is the most amazing experience of my life even though I didn't win," Justin said.
"I don't want to lose to anybody, but obviously, she's a great competitor. She's focused and she's a great chick! To be honest with ya, if I lost to anybody else besides Christina, I probably would've walked out of here. But oh man, it would've been great to open that door."
