Hell's Kitchen eliminated Dana Cohen and determined its final two tenth-season chefs during Tuesday night's broadcast of the Fox culinary competition.

Dana, a 27-year-old chef instructor from River Vale, NJ, was ousted from the competition at the very beginning of the episode, leaving Christina Wilson, a 32-year-old chef de cuisine from Philadelphia, PA, and Justin Antiorio, a 29-year-old sous chef from Lyndhurst, NJ, as the last two chefs to square off in the competition's finale.

"Hell's Kitchen has been so much harder than I ever thought it was going to be, but I have to say that I think I did pretty well. I have Michelin star chefs who have tasted my dishes and told me how amazing they are. I can leave here and say I got to serve David Beckham! These are all moments that are priceless and I'm just going to take these away. Even though I'm leaving Hell's Kitchen, I'm leaving with my head held high and I know one thing, and that's I'll never stop cooking," Dana said following her ouster.

Hell's Kitchen star Gordon Ramsay selected Christina and Justin to compete in the finale because he believed Dana just lacked the necessary experience to take on a head chef position at his Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurant at the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino in Las Vegas, NV.

"You hold that head up high. You have an extraordinary talent, but you're not ready right now to become the chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Vegas. Do me a favor, keep that jacket, okay? Well done, well done, well done -- a really good job," Gordon told Dana.

Afterward, Christina and Justin were flown to Las Vegas, where they competed in a challenge in front of a live audience. Each chef was required to prepare and execute five separate dishes -- a salad, a seafood appetizer, a ribeye, a fish entree, and a filet -- which could potentially be featured on a steakhouse menu for five Vegas celebrity judges. Christina won the challenge 3-2, as the judges enjoyed her fish, ribeye and filet more than Justin's creations.

As the two finalists, Christina and Justin then had to begin preparing their menus -- featuring four appetizers, four entrees and three desserts -- for their final dinner service challenge and select the former Hell's Kitchen tenth-season contestants who would serve as the members of their "brigade," or cooking team.

Since she won the prior challenge, Christina got to select amongst the previously-eliminated contestants first.

Christina picked Dana, Patrick Cassata, Kimmie Willis, and Robyn Almodovar to be on her team. Justin selected Barbie Marshall, Brian Merel, Royce Wagner, and Clemenza Caserta for his brigade.

The second part of Hell's Kitchen's tenth-season finale will air on Monday, September 10 at 8PM ET/PT.
