Hell's Kitchen cut two contestants and added one during last night's broadcast of the reality culinary competition's sixth-season premiere on Fox.

"You want me out, you want me to pack my f--king bags, I'm out, my bags are packed. He can kiss my f--king ass!" Louie shouted to the cameras after Gordon dismissed him in the middle of the season's initial dinner service.
After ending the dinner service prematurely, Gordon also decided to eliminate Melinda, a 38-year-old private chef who currently resides in Philadelphia, PA, from the Red team after the female squad set a dubious Hell's Kitchen record by failing to serve a single entree during the service.
"I am really disappointed. I was really looking forward to spending more time with Chef Ramsay," Melinda said after her elimination. "Chef Gordon Ramsay, I'd love to make you a four-course dinner and you could see exactly what kind of talent I have."
After the dinner service ended, Gordon invited former fifth-season contestant Robert -- who, along with his wife, had attended the season's first dinner service as the Hell's Kitchen star's special guests -- to join the season's Blue team as a replacement for Louie.
Robert, a 29-year-old sous chef from Quogue, NY, had made it to the fifth season's Final 5 contestants before being forced to withdraw from the competition after becoming hospitalized with pericarditis, a swelling of the sac around the heart.
"I would love to take that offer," Robert told Gordon after the British chef asked him to "seriously consider" returning to Hell's Kitchen.
"You don't get many second chances in life," Robert noted afterwards. "Baby I'm back -- you know what I'm saying -- and I plan on winning Hell's Kitchen."
