Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson has been hospitalized -- again.

The Thompson family reportedly left their McIntyre, GA, home this past weekend and traveled to Jacksonville, where Sugar Bear has since been treated and undergoing a series of tests.
"Well everyone plz keep sugarbear in our thought as we r leaving mcintrye to head to Jacksonville to the mayo clinic to see what they will say in the am," family matriarch "Mama June" Shannon wrote on the show's Facebook fan page Sunday.
"We r all nervous to c what will b done with everything will update when we hear something #nervous and #hoping for the best."
Sugar Bear will apparently be staying in the hospital all week.
This marks the second time in the last several months Sugar Bear has been seen by doctors due to his health issues. He was rushed to the emergency room in May after collapsing and, according to the show's fan page, he underwent "a lot of tests on his brain" while there.
However, Alana subsequently let the public know Sugar Bear was going to be fine.
"Sugar Bear is home & doing ok we are glad he's out the hospital & to have a diagnosis thanks for all the prayers & concerns!" Alana tweeted at the time.
