While the investigation into Nick Hogan's late August car crash that left his passenger in critical condition is ongoing, the 17-year-old Hogan Knows Best co-star has still seen his driving privileges further restricted.

Nick Bollea -- son of wrestling star Terrence "Hulk Hogan" Bollea -- pleaded no contest to speeding charges stemming from an August 10 traffic stop in Pinellas Park, FL, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, The Tampa Tribune reported Tuesday.

Pinellas Park police cited Hogan for the August 10 speeding offense after they stopped him traveling 82 MPH in a 45 MPH construction zone that had workers present.  It was Hogan's fourth speeding offense in less than a year and his license was already restricted for six months due to the speeding infractions, allowing him to drive during daylight hours only.

As a result, The Tribune reported County Judge William Overton ordered Hogan to pay a $1,000 fine; attend a 12-hour driver improvement school; and pay a $73.50 fine for not wearing his seatbelt.  In addition Ann Nucatola, spokeswoman for the state Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, told The Tribune Hogan will also receive a letter informing him "business purposes" are the only reasons he'll be able to drive.

Four points were added to Hogan's driver's license as a result of the August 10 charges, according to The Tribune.  Hogan already had four points on his license due to an incident in April when he was ticketed for driving 106 MPH in a 70 MPH zone in Osceola County.

Because drivers 18-years-old or younger who receive six points or more on their driving record within 12 months are automatically restricted to driving for business purposes only for the next year or until they turn 18, The Tribune reported that will be the situation facing Hogan until he turns 18 next July.

Police allege Hogan was speeding in a Toyota Supra around 7:30PM on August 26 in Clearwater, FL when he lost control and hit a raised median, spinning the vehicle and causing its rear end to strike a palm tree. His front-seat passenger John Graziano remains in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center, The Tribune reported.
