Craig Schelske, the estranged husband of former third-season Dancing with the Stars participant Sara Evans, has filed a 118-page court document requesting Evans admit to alleged affairs with nearly a dozen people, including Tony Dovolani, her former Dancing professional partner.

Evans and Dovolani were paired together for the Fall 2006 edition of ABC's Dancing with the Stars before she unexpectedly decided to quit the competition only hours after she filed for divorce from Schelske, her husband of thirteen years. She alleged he was having an affair with their nanny and using pornography.
However the day prior to her divorce filing, police were called to a Los Angeles eatery following an argument between Evans and Schelske, and in previous court filings he claimed the tiff stemmed from his learning of her "intimate relationship" with Dovolani.
"List and/or describe each text message you sent and received to or from Dovolani including, but not limited to the 'I love you,' 'good morning darling,' which Schelske viewed the night before you filed for divorce and terminated [nanny] Allison Clinton Lee," the divorce case document filed in Williamson County chancery court last Tuesday states, The Tennessean reported Saturday.
Due to the timing of the divorce filing and when her alleged affair with Dovolani took place, Evans was also asked to provide records and communications between herself and fellow third-season Dancing with the Stars celebrity participants Mario Lopez, Willa Ford and Joseph Lawrence, according to The Tennessean.

Evans and Schelske's divorce was expected to be finalized in February, but she eventually filed a motion accusing him of stalling the proceedings unless she fired her attorney and issued a televised statement denying her original allegations about his alleged adultery and pornography use. In April, he filed a $20 million slander suit against one of Evans' divorce lawyers, claiming the attorney slandered him by telling "untruths" in the media.
In addition to Dovolani, Schelske also wants Evans to confirm claims that she has had romantic relationships with members of her own country-music band; members of the rock band 3 Doors Down; country star Kenny Chesney; and singer Richard Marx, The Tennessean reported.
Questions contained in the filing are used to gather information from opposing parties during legal proceedings, however Evans has yet to respond, The Tennessean reported, adding the document also contains no evidence she actually had relationships with any of the people named in it.
A court-issued gag order blocked both Evans and Schelske's attorneys from commenting on the filing. A hearing in the case is scheduled for September 28 in Hickman County.
