Jenner's transgender friends Candis Cayne, Jennifer Finney Boylan, Chandi Moore, Kate Bornstein, Zackary Drucker and Ella Giselle accompany Jenner on a roadtrip covering the Grand Canyon, Tulsa, Kansas City and New Orleans.
"Do you consider yourself to be lesbian?" Moore asked bluntly.
"To be honest with you, I don't see myself dating women in the future," Jenner replied candidly. "I've been there, done that, got three ex-wives."
"So now you can have an ex-husband!" Boylan said with a loud laugh.
"That's right!" Jenner responded.
The trailer also shows Jenner struggling with the huge changes in her life, which frankly shook up her family before they had time to process her new identity and accept it.
"Sometimes I feel I've thrown old Bruce out the door," Jenner said with tears in her eyes. "Maybe he didn't deserve to be gone."
E! revealed Jenner's youngest children Kylie and Kendall still face the negative implications of her transition. Kylie admits people give her a hard time for still calling Jenner "Dad," while Kendall now lists her as "Mad" in her phone -- a combination of Mom and Dad.
