George "Tailor Made" Weisgerber was the victim of several verbal assaults while serving as an I Love New York second-season suitor, and now he's reportedly the one accused of losing his cool.

The 32-year-old Queens, NY retail planner has been issued a disorderly-conduct summons for throwing the finger to a Chelsea police officer, the New York Daily News reported Monday.

Weisgerber allegedly cussed-out the cop and flipped him the bird, a source familiar with the case told the Daily News.  As a result, the soon-to-be Mrs. Tiffany "New York" Pollard now has a court date scheduled for later this month.

Weisgerber was leaving New York City's Taj Lounge when he "got swept up in a disturbance" caused by clubgoers outside Duvet, his friend told the Daily News

While the friend refutes the accusation that Weisgerber used vulgar language, he did remember Weisgerber "raising his finger in the air," according to the Daily News.  Instead, Weisgerber's friend told the Daily News  he believes the summons had more to do with a jaywalking charge.
