Uzomah earlier pleaded innocent to charges of stalking and violating an earlier court order to steer clear of Seacrest after he was arrested Oct. 30 for attempting to approach the star at his workplace.
He was previously arrested in September for allegedly trying to get in a vehicle with Seacrest, while possessing a knife.
