Ivan Hall appears to be one of the frontrunners on Tayshia Adams' currently-airing season of The Bachelorette.

Ivan is younger than a lot of the guys in the cast, but Tayshia complimented his "depth" and has been shown bonding with Ivan on a very deep level.
"Ivan is kind of like a dark horse. He is there and really subtle, but he also has a lot of power," Tayshia told the cameras.
Tayshia said Ivan isn't the typical type of guy she'd go for because he's a little shy, but Ivan was smitten with Tayshia's energy and "beautiful soul." Ivan said Tayshia breathed life into him and brought out the best in him.
In turn, Tayshia was able to let her guard down, and the pair connected over being biracial and overcoming similar struggles in their childhood.

ABC says Ivan builds jets for the U.S. military, and it turns out Ivan is the senior software quality engineer at Lockheed Martin.Ivan has held down this position in Dallas, TX, for a year-and-a-half, since April 2019. Prior to his current role, Ivan was a systems engineer at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin.
Ivan boasts brains and brawn
Ivan, who is interested in physical fitness and likes to stay in shape, studied Industrial Engineering and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2015 from Texas Tech University.

The Bachelorette bachelor has moved around a bit
Ivan was born in Chicago, IL, but grew up in Plano, TX, with his younger brother. He tried to have fun and enjoy the single life in his mid-twenties and briefly lived in Florida.But now that Ivan wants to settle down, he moved to Dallas, where he currently lives and works.

Ivan says he's "a white wine kind of guy" and seems to embrace his "Nice Guy" persona.He is a recovered Croc enthusiast, loves high-end cars, and wants to run his own exotic car rental company one day.
Chris Harrison has nothing but nice things to say about Ivan
The Bachelorette host Chris Harrison gushed about Ivan as a person when announcing The Bachelorette's sixteenth-season cast on Facebook this past summer."Ivan is a real dumb guy... Obviously joking. Ivan is a really smart guy -- quiet, soft-spoken, extremely likeable," Chris said.

Ivan says his father taught him how to be a man and his mother taught him how to be sweet and caring.Ivan said he tried to set a good example for his younger brother growing up but then his little brother took a dark turn and got wrapped up in partying, drugs and drinking.
Ivan said his brother spent four years in prison and his girlfriend welcomed a child shortly before he was incarcerated. Ivan's niece couldn't even touch her father behind bars for a long time, so Ivan said he had to step up and be a second father.
However, Ivan said his relationship with his brother -- who got released from prison last year -- is still the best thing to ever happen to him and they remain best friends today.
