"It's pretty new," a source told Us.
Sweet Home Alabama's second season was filmed this summer and premiered on October 20. Friday night's broadcast of the show's fourth episode featured Vickers surviving bachelor Tribble Reese's latest eliminations and advancing to his next round of dates.
Pavelka -- who competed on the second season of Bachelor Pad this past summer -- and Vickers, who reportedly met while filming The CW's short-lived reality show H8R, were spotted enjoying a beach day together in Hawaii on Saturday.
Pavelka's representative declined to comment on the alleged budding romance, according to Us.
Pavelka presented his final rose and a marriage proposal to Girardi -- and she accepted -- during The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love's finale, which aired in March 2010 and was filmed the prior fall.
However, the couple split three months later and engaged in a mud-slinging "he said, she said" battle in the press afterwards, leading to a heavily-promoted joint interview with host Chris Harrison which aired during Ali Fedotowsky's season of The Bachelorette last summer.
Girardi began dating former sixth-season The Bachelorette bachelor Kasey Kahl eight months ago and the couple moved in together in August after competing on Bachelor Pad's second season alongside Pavelka. While Pavelka is reportedly in a new relationship, Girardi and Kahl just announced their romance has ended via separate Sunday night Twitter postings.
