Jamie Bisoulis, a 26-year-old sous chef from Chicago, IL, became the fourth contestant eliminated from Hell's Kitchen's seventh season during last night's broadcast of the culinary competition series on Fox.

"Words can't describe how pissed off I am right now," opined Jaime after her ouster.

"I don't think Chef Ramsay made the right decision. I am by far a better cook than [Fran Klier] is, and I expected to be here a lot longer than what it was."

Hell's Kitchen's third seventh-season episode began following the elimination of Mikey Termini instead of Jason Ellis, a 37-year-old personal chef from Greenville, SC who currently resides in Suwanee, GA.

"They all threw me under the bus," said Jason, who confronted the Blue Team back up in the dorms.

While he admitted to being "upfront and outspoken," he didn't think he should be "crucified" for it.

"I'm not the weakest up in there," he said in a confessional. "I am not."

The next morning, the 13 remaining chefs met Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen, who explained there was no communication or comradery at the previous dinner service.

He then revealed for their next challenge, Hell's Kitchen would be open for lunch with a basic menu -- burgers, salads and french fries. Each kitchen would feed their side of the dining room and whoever finishes first would win.

After prepping the kitchen, Gordon opened the doors to the dining area and the contestants learned their customers would be the USC marching band and cheer squad.

Jason worked on the salads alone in the Blue kitchen, while Autumn Lewis, a 29-year-old personal chef from Chicago, IL who currently resides in North Hollywood, CA, and Fran, a 44-year-old catering chef from Rockville Centre, NY, worked together in the Red kitchen.

The teamwork helped as the Red diners quickly got their salads and the Blue diners grew hungry. In addition, he also wasn't communicating.

"Chef Ramsay was on me pretty hard for not talking back to him," said Jason. "This is like a two-edged sword -- if I'm quiet, he notices. The more verbal I am, it intimidates my guys."

Jamie struggled with the Red Team's burgers but received some help from Maria Torrisi, a 24-year-old kitchen supervisor from Scranton, PA. In the Blue kitchen, Scott Hawley, a 32-year-old executive chef from Modesto, CA who currently resides in New York, NY, worked on the burgers and helped his team grab the lead. However there was a problem when he served a raw burger.

Maria's help allowed the Red kitchen to catch up, and both teams eventually had only three tickets left. It was a sprint to the finish as both kitchens only had fries left to serve. The Red kitchen was the first to deliver them to the pass and won their first challenge.

For winning the challenge, the Red Team would spend the day at the Malibu Beach Inn. For their punishment, the Blue Team would be assisting the Heal the Bay organization by cleaning the Los Angeles River. As the guys cleaned, Gordon and his family arrived at the beach and hung out with the ladies.

Back in the kitchen both teams prepped for the night's dinner service and Fran burned her hand on water.

"I knew it was bad," she said in a confessional. "But I didn't want to miss service, I wanted to stay, so I chose not to tell anybody."

Gordon explained that for the dinner service, one person from each team would serve as assistant maitre d' to Jean-Philippe Susilovic.  It would be Holli Ugalde, a 24-year-old banquet chef from San Bernardino, CA, for the Red Team and Salvatore Coppola, a 35-year-old pizzeria chef from Monte Di Procida, Italy who currently resides in Laurel Springs, NJ, for the Blue Team.

The dinner service commenced, however Salvatore's handwriting was criticized, slowing his team.

"I don't know how to write English," he told Jean-Philippe, who wrote the orders for him.

The Blue kitchen's first ticket came in as Maria was ready with her team's first appetizer. However Gordon thought her risotto wasn't good enough and sent them back. She received help from Nilka Hendricks, a 28-year-old line cook from Glen Cove, NY who currently resides in West Hempstead, NY, and appetizers began to fly out of the Red kitchen.

In the Blue kitchen, Scott declined help from Ed Battaglia, a 28-year-old high school cooking teacher from Burlington, NJ who currently resides in Edgewater Park, NJ, on the appetizer station. Gordon didn't like the way Scott cooked his potatoes and made him redo them.

Still, the Blue kitchen moved onto their first entrees -- however Jason was lagging with the garnish.

"I'm most definitely on guard now because they just don't want me on the team," he said.

Jason eventually delivered the garnish and Gordon praised Benjamin Knack, a 33-year-old culinary instructor from Elmont, NY who currently resides in Malden, MA, for cooking the meat perfectly.

Salvatore continued to hurt his team as he served an incorrectly-cooked steak, and it was his fault since he failed to write it on the ticket.

"I take and take it, only so many I can take. How much you can take?" said a defeated Salvatore. "Sooner or later you start breaking apart. That's it."

He then left the kitchen with Jean-Philippe in tow, begging him to "fight back." After a quick conversation, Salvatore told Jean-Philippe he'd finish the service and then go home.

"If the team blue do bad, I'll put myself up the chopping block tonight," he said in a confessional.

In the Red kitchen, Fran had a steak sent back because she served it raw.

"I knew after that I really had to watch my meat," she said. "If I thought about my hand, it would really screw me up. So it's better just to deal with the pain."

However Fran's second attempt at the meat was still raw.

"She just completely lost control of the station," commented Autumn, who helped her teammate.

In the Blue kitchen, Jason was continuing to slow his team on the garnish station.

"It's ridiculous," commented Jay Santos, a 32-year-old executive chef from Melrose, MA who currently resides in Medford, MA. "I could bring my mom in and my mom would do this for you."

Scott jumped in to help Jason, which wasn't too well received.

Holly tried to stall Red diners as things were slow in the kitchen due to Jaime on garnish.

"Jaime was definitely in need of some help tonight," commented Siobhan Allgood, a 25-year-old pub executive chef from Rockledge, PA who currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. "She was not able to control her station tonight."

Siobhan jumped in to help, and Gordon yelled at her to leave Jaime alone. Jaime then served a burnt carrot.

"For me to explain myself to Chef Ramsay during service will not happen," she said. "He was just all over my ass tonight, and not in a good way."

Siobhan then paid the price for helping Jaime, as she served her halibut raw -- raising Gordon's ire. The Blue kitchen was quickly pushing out entrees and communicating as a team, as Benjamin's beef was a big hit with diners.

Fran continued to struggle on the meat station in the Red kitchen.

"She seemed really nervous," commented Nilka. "She let her nerves get in the way."

Fran eventually revealed to Autumn that her hand was burned badly, however she decided to suck it up and work through it. Gordon eventually asked Fran to show him her hand, and she did.

"That's a serious burn. Go see the medic," he bluntly instructed her.

Fran was eager to finish service, so the medics wrapped her wrist and she returned to the kitchen.

"If we lose and they think that I should be the easy out because of this, come on. Give me a break," said Fran.

With the end in sight, both kitchens worked on their final tickets and the service came to a close.

"Yes we completed service, but does it have to be this painful?" asked Gordon.

Despite the Red Team's fast start, Gordon declared the Blue Team the service's winner -- crediting the victory to Benjamin.

Back upstairs in the dorms, the Red Team discussed their nomination options. Fran quickly became a target and Nilka commented how it was obvious she'd be nominated. The second nomination was a bit trickier, and Siobhan mentioned Jaime and Maria.

"I don't think I did second worst today," opined Jaime.

She defended herself and instead targeted Maria, who thought she did a good job despite some shaky risotto.

Back in the kitchen, Nilka revealed Fran and Jaime were the team's two nominees.

"I know I'm a strong chef. My flavor profile is always spot on," said Jaime, defending herself. "I'm a very big team player."

Fran said she has a "drive like no other," which is why she didn't reveal the burn.

"I'm really worried about you because I can't teach an old dog new tricks," said Gordon.

"I could crap out right now and blame my hand," replied Fran. "But I don't want to get out of here. I want to stay."

Gordon then eliminated Jaime.

"To be a great chef you got to have creativity, leadership qualities, and passion," said Gordon. "Jamie had passion."
