After being nominated for eviction by Jun Song, the eighth Head of Household, Jee Choe, received more votes than fellow nominee Robert Roman. Alison Irwin, who was originally on the nomination block, was able to save herself when she won the Power of Veto. Jun chose to replace Alison with Robert.

After the HouseGuests voted live during the broadcast, Jee learned his fate, said his good-byes and left the house. After leaving "Big Brother 4," he was interviewed by Julie Chen about his experience.
Jee received votes for eviction from both Alison Irwin and Erika Landin. As Head of Household, Jun was ineligible to vote unless there had been a tie.
The HouseGuests compete each Wednesday to become Head of Household. The perks of the position include having a luxurious private bedroom stocked with favorite foods, but it also includes the responsibility of having to nominate two fellow housemates for eviction. However, one of the nominees can be saved from the chopping block if they or another housemate wins the Power of Veto competition and chooses to save one of the nominees while giving themselves immunity from nomination. If they choose to use the veto power, the Head of Household must immediately choose another nominee.
