Jef Holm and Emily Maynard have apparently had no contact with one another in awhile.

"We haven't talked in the past few months. Last time we talked, things were in good spirits," Holm told Us. "I hope the best for her. She's an amazing girl. She's just not the person I'm gonna spend the rest of my life with. I think she'll make somebody happy."
The 28-year-old People Water co-founder said he's not exactly looking for another serious relationship, as he's just been "dating around and hanging out and having a blast... I'm not dating anyone in specific. I'm just having fun right now. Life's good!"
While Holm was convinced Maynard was the woman of his dreams during her The Bachelorette edition, it turns out they didn't have much in common after all. Both parties apparently want different things out of life.
The 27-year-old single mom is a "homebody," Holm told Us of Maynard. "I want someone who wants to share in the excitement of life with me. I want to go out and be active and have fun and travel and do wild and fun things! That's what I want."
Holm also addressed recent rumors that he is lined up to star as the next Bachelor and in the middle of negotiations.
"I don't know what life holds, but I live life to the fullest and if there was a fun opportunity to do something, I don't know if I'd say no to it," he explained. "But I'm not planning on being the Bachelor or planning on doing anything like that. I'm focusing on business right now."
Maynard and Holm got engaged at the conclusion of last summer's edition of The Bachelorette but confirmed they had split in October following two months of reports their relationship had been on the rocks. Some of the speculation had been that Maynard cheated on Holm while other rumors claimed Holm was just hungry for the limelight.
But the pair apparently reunited and decided to give their relationship another shot in mid-December when Holm returned to Maynard's hometown of Charlotte, NC on business for his water company.
Maynard and Holm -- who had both reportedly been dating other people at the time -- were photographed together on December 11 having drinks together at Connelly's bar in Charlotte following dinner at a restaurant in which a local source claimed the couple had been acting "friendly and flirty."
However, a source close to Maynard told Us in late December the former The Bachelorette star was done with Holm and wanted nothing to do with him anymore.
"He's tried calling, but she hasn't answered. She was so in love with him, and he crushed her," the source said at the time.
