Survivor viewers should be prepared to expect the unexpected when it comes to Survivor: Tocantins, at least according to show host Jeff Probst.

"Nothing turns out the way you might expect," Probst Survivors/1447783/story.html">told Canada's Canwest News Service in a recent interview. "There are a record number of blindsides this season. I'm very happy with the way this one turned out in the end."
This isn't the first time Probst has gushed about how many Survivor: Tocantins castaways were blindsided by their Tribal Council vote-offs.
"It is taken to a whole 'nother level," Probst said in a pre-season interview that appeared in Entertainment Weekly's February 13 issue. "We set a new record this season."
In addition to his endgame teaser, Probst also gushed about Survivor: Tocantins castaway Benjamin "Coach" Wade during his Canwest interview.

"I never know what to believe when I'm talking to Coach," Probst said.
"People have this visceral, instant reaction to Coach," he added. "They either like him and want to follow him, or they have this instant aversion and want nothing to do with him. There's no in-between with him. Coach is one of the most colourful characters we've ever had on Survivor."
Survivor: Tocantins returns from a two week hiatus with a new episode airing tonight at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.
