The 21-year-old Teen Mom 2 star, who is seven weeks pregnant with Rogers' baby, filed four charges of assault on a female with an unborn child in Brunswick County, NC on Wednesday, E! News reported.
Evans' attorney Dustin R.T. Sullivan told E! News, "She has taken charges out on Courtland Rogers, her husband. The charges are assault on a female with an unborn child. She made the charges today."
"They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get. He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge."
Sullivan told the website the most recent assault allegation took place on Monday, which happened to be the day after Rogers had allegedly stayed out late partying at a bar and cheated on Evans.

"She was physically assaulted over a period of time," Sullivan added. "She will be a victim in the case and will be represented by the State of North Carolina."
However, Rogers is firmly denying he ever physically abused his wife of six weeks.
"I did not hit my wife," Rogers told RadarOnline. "This is not true at all."
Despite Rogers' claims, a source told RadarOnline that Evans currently has bruises on her face which she connects to Monday night's alleged assault incident.
On Wednesday, Evans posted a series of tweets letting Rogers know she's furious about his affiliation with multiple women and wants nothing to do with him anymore. Part of her rage apparently also stems from how she had experienced a miscarriage scare and Rogers allegedly left town when she needed his support.

"I am getting a divorce, ASAP. YOU F-CKING LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIGE?! F-CK U, U F-CKING PIECE OF SH-T," the reality TV star tweeted. "Sick to my stomach... U can f-ck me over, I f-ck harder."
Evans' mother Barbara Evans clearly has it out for Rogers as well.
"HE IS A FRIGGIN DIRTBAG! YAH JUST WAIT TIL I GET MY BABS HANDS ON HIM!" Barbara tweeted at the time of her daughter's rant.
According to E! News, Sullivan has noticed a drastic change in Evans' personality and attitude due to recent events.
"I have seen her in much better spirits in the past. She seems to be very concerned about her general health and well-being. She is not upbeat at all. She is going through a very difficult time right now," the attorney explained.

The first court date for Evans' assault case is reportedly set for February 18. In addition to the new charges against him, Rogers is also facing a felony and misdemeanor in Brunswick County stemming from two other criminal cases.
