Jenn Tran's 'The Bachelorette' didn't film at the franchise's usual mansion

Jenn Tran began filming The Bachelorette on Thursday, March 28, according to Carbone, but she didn't meet her lineup of 25 bachelors at The Bachelor mansion in Malibu, CA.
Jenn's first night as the Bachelorette, including the initial cocktail party and her first Rose Ceremony, was filmed at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, CA.
Hummingbird Nest Ranch is where the franchise's The Bachelor Presents: Listen To Your Heart spinoff, which aired on ABC in early 2020, was also filmed.
