Beyonce won in the Best Female Single category for "Irreplaceable." John Legend won Best Male Singer for "Save Room.
Foxx won the Male Album of the Year and Mary J. Blige won Female Album of the Year, for "Unpredictable" and "The Breakthrough," respectively.
The Best Single for a Group, Band or Duo went to Gnarls Barkley for "Crazy."
The Soul Train Music Awards presented Saturday will air in syndication March 17-24.
