Jennifer Lopez was feeling grateful on her twins' 10th birthday.
The 48-year-old singer, actress and "World of Dance" judge dedicated a sweet post to her "coconuts," daughter Emme and son Max, on their birthday Thursday.
Lopez shared a video featuring clips of herself with Emme and Max throughout the years. She reflected in the caption about the impact her children have had on her life.
"It's hard to get my head around the fact that it's been 10 years since these two forces of nature came into my world and changed my life forever," the star wrote.
"You healed my soul and rejuvenated my existence... you taught me about love and life and myself in a way I never imagined... and I am forever in love with those beautiful faces... #wheniseeyourfacetheresnotathingthatiwouldchange #becauseyouramazingjustthewayyouare," she added.
Lopez shares Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, from whom she split in 2011 after seven years of marriage. She also posted individual messages for her daughter and son on her account.
"Emme you are my soul, my inner child personified the most joyful deep and sensitive human being I have ever met," the star wrote.
"Max you are my heart, my love and my light... you brighten up every day for me with your kindness and caring, your love and awareness," she said.
Lopez is dating retired MLB star Alex Rodriguez, who shares two daughters, 13-year-old Natasha and 9-year-old Ella, with his ex-wife.
