Mike announced Thursday on Instagram that he's engaged to his college sweetheart, Lauren Pesce.
"GYM TAN WE'RE ENGAGED!!" the 35-year-old reality TV star captioned a sweet photo of the couple on a carousel.
"Gym" and "Tan" is a reference to "GTL" -- gym, tan and laundry -- which was a famous quote from the original Jersey Shore series that aired from 2009 to 2012.
Mike also shared a couple of other pictures from the day he proposed, including one of him down on one knee as Lauren smiled at him and another in which he was holding his fiancee in the air.

Lauren also shared the big news on her own Instagram account by posting a selfie that shows off her big diamond ring.
"I said YES. love you forever," Lauren captioned the image.
Mike's Jersey Shore: Family Vacation co-stars appear to be ecstatic for the couple, who first met in college and dated for four years before taking a break when Mike rose to fame on the MTV reality series.
"She said yesssss!!" said Pauly "Pauly D" DelVecchio.

"Obsessed," wrote Jenni "JWoww" Farley, before Ronnie Ortiz-Magro posted a heart and clapping emojis.
Mike brought up the topic about proposing to Lauren in the near future during Thursday night's broadcast of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Mike told People in 2017 Lauren stuck by his side during the darkest times in his life, including when he previously abused prescription pills.

Mike -- who is now more than two years sober -- successfully completed a rehab stint in 2012 but relapsed in 2015 after appearing on Married Boot Camp: Reality Stars with Lauren.
And Mike just recently pleaded guilty to tax evasion in a New Jersey federal court in January.
Mike is reportedly facing up to five years in prison and will be sentenced on June 20. He told People he hopes to receive "closure" from the case and then "move forward" with his life.
"I worked so hard to turn my life around and be the best person I can be," Mike had told the magazine of his sobriety. "I did it, and good things came around. I'm so excited and so proud of this season."
Mike also previously competed on Dancing with the Stars and starred on The Sorrentinos with his family.
