Jersey Shore star Jenni "JWoww" Farley and husband Roger Mathews are getting a divorce, and there was apparently no hasty decision made on her part.

Jenni -- who currently appears on MTV's Jersey Shore: Family Vacation revival of Jersey Shore -- filed for divorce from Roger on September 12 in Superior Court in Ocean County, NJ, Us reported.

The couple, who met while filming the third season of the original Jersey Shore series on MTV, got married in October 2015.
Since tying the knot, Jenni, 32, and Roger, 42, have welcomed two children into their lives: Greyson Valor Mathews, 3, and Meilani Alexandra Mathews, 2.
Jenni reportedly stated in her divorce filing that she and her soon-to-be ex-husband had been struggling for "at least six months."
"The Plaintiff and the Defendant have irreconcilable differences which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no prospect of reconciliation," her complaint read, according to the magazine.
While the pair appeared together on numerous seasons of Jersey Shore, Jenni has been appearing on the Family Vacation revival by herself.
Roger is apparently devastated over Jenni's decision to call it quits on their marriage.
In an Instagram video he posted on Thursday, Roger confirmed, "My wife filed for divorce, it's true."

"I don't blame her," he continued. "There's no cheating or any dumb sh-t or any juicy details. She just grew tired of the repetitive pattern that we fell into -- and [it was] not a good one."

Roger captioned the post the following: "Praying for a better tomorrow. Sorry world, I'm taking a day off from praying for you today and I'm just gonna pray for my family. Hope springs eternal."
In addition to her stint on Jersey Shore, Jenni also starred on four seasons of Snooki & Jwoww with her best friend and co-star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. The spinoff's final season wrapped in February 2015.
Jenni and Roger -- who got engaged in September 2012 during an episode of Taking the Plunge's second season after two-and-a-half years of dating -- also starred on a season of WE tv's Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars back in 2014.
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation's second season is currently airing on MTV.
