Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino will reportedly be pleading guilty in his tax evasion case by the end of this week.

After rejecting a plea deal last week, Mike and his brother Marc Sorrentino have now agreed to enter a guilty plea at a hearing in a New Jersey federal court, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
Mike's attorney, Henry E. Klingeman, confirmed the court date is Friday, January 19 at 11AM but provided no additional comment or details.
The exact charges for which the brothers will enter a guilty plea have yet to be reported.
Mike and Marc were indicted in September 2014 for tax offenses and conspiring to defraud the United States after allegedly failing to properly pay taxes on $8.9 million in income from for two years, from 2010 to 2012, according to People.
About three years following the initial indictment, the brothers were slapped with additional charges in April 2017 -- including falsifying records, tax evasion and structuring.
Mike and Marc, however, pleaded not guilty to all of the charges at the time.
Last year, the reality TV star opened up to the magazine about his tax evasion case, saying he was "trying to take these experiences that are coming my way and make them a positive."
Mike added that the allegations against him did not portray him "accurately," and that's all he could say at that time.
The Jersey Shore cast recently reunited for an E! reality series called Reunion Road Trip, which turned out to be a hit.
MTV then announced in November 2017 it had ordered Jersey Shore Family Vacation, a revival that will star most of Jersey Shore's original cast members, including Mike, and premiere in 2018.
Jersey Shore Family Vacation will star every person whom fans have come to love from the series except for Samantha "Sammi Sweetheart" Giancola.
