Jessa Duggar's father-in-law, Michael Seewald, has weighed in on Josh Duggar's recent Ashley Madison scandal.
Josh Duggar admitted to being "unfaithful" to wife Anna Duggar after hackers published extensive user info in August.
"It distressed me to say that Josh Duggar's greatest sin is a byproduct of the sum total of his secretly sinful lifestyle," Seewald wrote on his blog.
"That is, that by his hypocrisy, he blasphemed the name of God. He claimed to be a Christian, but by his deeds he has suggested otherwise."
"With the name of God on his lips he lived a covert and extensive lifestyle of evil," Seewald wrote. "While proudly saying things like, 'Our family is like the epitome of conservative values,' he was looking at porn and soliciting affairs ... undermining his own family by violating the traditional marriage covenant."News that Josh Duggar had an Ashley Madison account comes on the heels of his sex abuse scandal.
The star confessed in May to molesting five girls as a teenager, including his sisters Jill and Jessa, which the two addressed in TLC documentary "Breaking the Silence" on Sunday.
Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald married in Bentonville, Ark., in November 2014, and are expecting their first child to be born on their first wedding anniversary.
