Jesse James has returned home from his reported stint in sex-addiction rehab.

In addition, James' wedding ring was missing from his left hand, according to Us.
James reportedly checked into the Arizona facility on March 26 after he was accused of cheating on his wife, Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock.
While he was reportedly there for a 45-day stint, his initial stay was a short one -- as he allegedly left the following weekend when Bullock refused to take his phone calls.
He reportedly returned on April 5 and had not been seen since.
Last month, James was accused of carrying out an 11-month affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee while Bullock was in Atlanta filming The Blind Side -- for which recently won the Oscar for Best Actress.
Several additional women then also made similar claims, resulting in James reportedly admitting to Bullock -- whom he wed in July 2005 -- that he had affairs with seven different women before he left for treatment.
Bullock -- who was photographed on April 16 without her own wedding ring -- reportedly started to prepare divorce papers to end her four-year marriage to the James earlier this month after the allegations surfaced.
