Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard are reportedly very happy.

Mother Michelle Duggar wrote an update about the newlyweds on her blog last week. Jill and Derick wed in June and are expecting their first child, and Michelle said the couple have adjusted well to married life.

"I think it's been a very smooth transition for Jill and Derick," she shared. "She's got her house set up and she's already had company over. It's so sweet to see them starting their lives and their family together."

"It was truly the joy of her life to marry Derick and they both feel so blessed to have each other," she continued. "They are just really, really happy to be married and enjoying married life. It's so special to watch these budding relationships blossoming."

The Duggars currently star on TLC reality series "19 Kids & Counting." The program follows Michelle and husband Jim Bob Duggar as they raise their 19 children, whose ages range from 4 to 26.

Eldest son Josh is married with three children, and third-eldest daughter Jessa wed Ben Seewald on Nov. 1.
