Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar are considering adoption.

Apparently 19 children, two grandchildren and one more grandchild on the way isn't enough for the Duggar family.
"We are open to the idea of adoption," Michelle told People. "We are praying about it, and we will see what God has in store. Love for children has been placed on our hearts."
The clan became inspired to expand their already very large family during a recent visit to an orphanage in Beijing, China -- which was filmed as part of TLC's 19 Kids & Counting: Duggars Do Asia special that aired last night.
"The kids are definitely pushing towards wanting us to open our home up to another child or more," Michelle explained.

"They see how much we have been blessed with and how little so many children have and they want to share. We tell our children that would have to be something that is God's will for our family, and we will see if it is. Our children love children, and we all do."
Jim Bob, 45, and Michelle, 45, experienced a miscarriage in 2011 in which they lost a girl they named Jubilee. While it's clear Michelle would've loved to give birth to the couple's next baby, she told People it "doesn't really matter" whether they have another child via pregnancy or adoption.
"We want to approach it with an open heart," Michelle noted. "We have friends that have adopted children who are a great influence in our lives, and we have talked about their experiences. So it's something we've considered. We have to know for sure that is what God wants for us to do."
Michelle and Jim Bob's eldest son Josh Duggar, 25, and his wife Anna, 24, are expecting their third child together in June.
Anna gave birth to a baby boy in June 2011 and a girl named MacKynzie in October 2009.
