Chock, an insurance executive from Kansas, said he'll be heading to Maryland, where Joan lives with her family, for the holidays this year during a recent episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, which is co-hosted by Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile.

And then the happy couple will be traveling to New York City, where they'll begin apartment hunting, in December. (While Joan and Chock are going to continue living in different states due to their responsibilities at their respective homes, their NYC apartment will provide them a convenient meet-up location).

"And then we're going to be doing some traveling!" Chock gushed.

"We've got four big trips coming up in 2025, so it's going to be a busy year! And that's just what we've got [lined up] for now."

Joan and Chock shared how they'll be traveling to Africa, France, Spain and the Caribbean.

"We have time and we have resources now. Chock isn't retired, but he can leave his business and it runs pretty well without him, as long as he has some oversight," Joan shared.

"And I have taken a leave of absence and so I'm currently not working. We can now concentrate on our relationship, and I feel that's really important in the beginning."

Joan said she's looking forward to having a great time with Chock in the Big Apple, where it will be "just us" for a while.

Joan also noted that the happy couple is looking forward to spending time with each other's friends and "being in each other's homes."

Joan gushed, "Me being in Kansas is going to be like a vacation for me! I've never been there and I'm going to be meeting his family!... All of this is still really fun and new."

As far as wedding planning goes, Joan quipped, "He asks me every day, 'When are we getting married?!' And I don't know yet! Everybody is hounding me."

Chock joked about how he tends to end up with women who don't want to marry him, referring to how he had spent about six years waiting to wed his late fiancee Kathy, who had wanted to wait under her children got older before tying the knot.

"With Joan, I said, 'When are we getting married?' And she said, 'Oh, well, umm!'"

Joan is apparently the one putting the brakes on tying the knot.

"He literally said that the first day he came into the room! He said, 'Let's get to know each other,' and then the next question was, 'When are we getting married?'" Joan laughed, recalling one of her first interactions with Chock on the show.

"I mean, certainly [marriage] is on the table."

The Golden Bachelorette star went on to confirm, "We are going to get married. I'm just not, like, totally sure!"

Joan shared how "there's a part of" her that wants to relax because she and Chock have been "really busy" since The Golden Bachelorette aired its conclusion.

"I think I just want to be us for a little while, without having to plan something big or having anything [to worry about]," Joan explained.

"I just want to live and be us and meet each other's friends and go out for dinner and take some vacations. But then I do want to get married -- and we've got to see what that looks like."

Joan said she and Chock have yet to discuss whether they'd like to do a big wedding or a more intimate one.

"All of those [weddings] look a little different, so I think we need to have our time outside of the Bachelor Nation bubble and get to be a couple for a little while before we start making these big plans," Joan shared.

But then Chock chimed in and said, "We're going to get married. I guarantee we will!"

Joan admitted, however, there is also a part of her that wants to be spontaneous and just elope.

"I've had thoughts in my mind, like, 'Let's just go do it!'" Joan confessed.

Serena joked about how the New York City courthouse is a beautiful place to exchange vows considering she and Joe had a quickie wedding after meeting on Bachelor in Paradise.

But Chock noted how he'd love for his wedding to be a "special" affair.

Chock said he wants to make his wedding "special" because he and Joan are in a "very unique" situation.

He also clarified, "We're in our sixties, and there's really no rush. There is not a rush."

Chock therefore concluded, "So we'll navigate all that. The love is there and it's going to happen, trust me!"

When Joan was down to two bachelors on The Golden Bachelorette, Chock and Nevada-based ER doctor Guy Gansert, Chock met Joan's family and then gifted her a red-heart keychain to symbolize his commitment to her and desire to live with her in New York City.

Joan was overwhelmed with emotion because Chock -- who also said, "I love you," to Joan at that point -- was willing to make one of her dreams come true.

The next morning, Joan determined that she was also "in love" with Chock and so it would be best to send Guy home immediately.

Joan therefore ousted Guy before he even had the chance to meet her children.

When Joan and Chock reunited at the Final Rose Ceremony in Bora Bora, Joan expressed her love to Chock for the first time, and then he got down on one knee and proposed marriage.

"I've only been in love with one person -- more than one now. I love Chock and I want to spend the rest of my life with him," Joan told The Golden Bachelorette cameras.

Joan and Chock still seemed happy and crazy about each other on the live After the Final Rose special, and Joan revealed on "The Viall Files" how she could definitely envision them doing a televised wedding.
