The Bachelor alum Joey Graziadei has revealed that he lost a little too much weight while competing with pro partner Jenna Johnson on Dancing with the Stars' 33rd season.

Joey and Jenna won Dancing with the Stars' 33rd season and returned home with the Mirrorball Trophy, but according to Joey, he walked away from the competition with a new physique as well.

"I definitely got a little too thin quickly," Joey admitted during a recent appearance on the "Lightweights Podcast with Joe Vulpis."

Joey explained how rehearsing particular dance styles, namely the jive, really burned calories and "transformed" his body.

"We lost so much weight during that week because we were just kicking and flicking and doing so much," Joey noted.

"Same thing in the samba. You have to move so much in those dances."

Joey recalled how his The Bachelor 28 winner and fiancee, Kelsey Anderson, would sometimes comment on his appearance.

"[Kelsey was] the one who would tell me, like, 'You're looking pretty thin,'" Joey shared.

"I'm definitely getting cut, but I'm losing a lot of weight and my size 32 pants, like, I need a 30 all of a sudden, it feels like, because I'm having to buckle [my belt] up so tight."

Joey, however, said he was able to put on muscle as well, especially when he prepared for an Argentine tango and contemporary routine during the last few weeks of the competition, both of which featured "a lot of lifts" and tricks.

"I built up the most muscle in these last few weeks because I was actually holding up Jenna and having to do a lot of reps," Joey explained.

"And it feels like, the only thing I can compare it to, is like I just worked out, like an upper body workout every single time we did those lifts because there's a lot of legs and upper body you have to do to kind of be strong during that."

Joey stated how "the transformation of your body through dancing is wild" and he may incorporate dance in his workouts going forward.

"If I could do this every day, I would, because I would never be out of shape and it's amazing," Joey gushed.

Joey also called Dancing with the Stars "the experience of a lifetime."

At the end of Dancing with the Stars' three-hour finale event for Season 33 on November 26, Joey and Jenna were crowned champions over the runner-up couple, Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and pro Alan Bersten.

When Dancing with the Stars host Alfonso Ribeiro and co-host Julianne Hough declared Joey and Jenna the winners, Joey acknowledged that he felt completely overwhelmed, Us Weekly reported.

"I don't even know how I felt. I honestly blacked out," Joey told the magazine of that shocking and high-energy moment.

"I just remember [Jenna] screaming really, really loud. I remember hugging her."

Joey became the first The Bachelor star to ever win Dancing with the Stars.

Joey -- who had competed on Charity Lawson's The Bachelorette season prior to his The Bachelor stint -- praised and thanked Jenna in a heartfelt Instagram post on November 30.

"Jenna, from the bottom of my heart I want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for crafting the experience of a lifetime," Joey wrote.

"Thank you for pushing me to be better than I thought I could ever be. Thank you for believing in me and making me feel like I belonged in a room full of exceptionally talented people. I mean it when I say that you have changed my life for the better."

For Round 1 of the Dancing with the Stars finale, Joey and Jenna took the stage with a 30-point worthy cha cha to Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling!" for their Redemption dance.

Dancing with the Stars judge Derek Hough said the dance was a punctuation mark on the season, letting everyone know that's he a top contender. And fellow judge Carrie Ann Inaba called Joey "consistent" and the potential winner of Season 33.

Joey and Jenna later performed a tennis-themed Freestyle to "Canned Heat" by District 78 and Jake Simpson that represented who Joey is and his former career as a tennis pro.

Joey and Jenna earned 29 points for their Freestyle routine because Carrie Ann was less than enthused about the performance.

Carrie Ann acknowledged Joey was "amazing," but then she confessed that she found the routine "underwhelming." She said some of the tennis-racket movements weren't tight enough and that Joey dropped energy in the middle of the dance.

Derek, however, gave the pair one of his famous standing ovations.

"How dare you Carrie Ann! Joey, that was phenomenal!" Derek gushed, adding how Jenna's work was incredible all season long.

Joey became the first The Bachelor star to ever win Dancing with the Stars; however, former The Bachelorette stars have a great track record of making it to the finale of the show. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Hannah Brown, for instance, won their respective seasons.

According to Alfonso, the Dancing with the Stars' Season 33 competition was "one of the closest ever" on the show.

TV star Chandler Kinney and pro partner Brandon Armstrong finished Dancing with the Stars 33 in third place.

Olympic medalist Stephen Nedoroscik and pro partner Rylee Arnold claimed fourth place, and Super Bowl champion Danny Amendola and pro partner Witney Carson landed in fifth place this season.
