In addition, the pair also took a trip on fashion designer Christian Audigier's yacht, according to Us.
Glassman and her mother Lauren were first spotted with Jon over Memorial Day weekend, when they visited a bar in Newburgh, NY.
The trio was subsequently photographed shopping at New Jersey's Riverside Square Mall, prompting Jon to deny any wrongdoing.
"The two women with whom I've been photographed are family friends -- Lauren Glassman and Lauren's daughter, Hailey," he told People in a June 1 report.
"Lauren's husband, Dr. Larry Glassman, performed Kate's tummy tuck surgery, and since the surgery we've become friendly with the Glassmans."
However Jon was subsequently videoed sharing a meal with Hailey at the Bourbon Street bar in Nyack, NY in early June -- entering the establishment separately from Hailey and leaving alone out the back after he noticed photographers awaiting his exit in the front.
Late last month, Kate filed for a no-fault divorce and the couple publicly announced their separation during a subsequent Jon & Kate Plus 8 broadcast.
