Jon Gosselin will apparently not rest when it comes to fighting for what he believes is best for his children.

Jon is taking Kate Gosselin back to court and suing for primary custody of their nine-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah, whom Jon claims have been "manipulated" by his ex-wife to remain in the spotlight, In Touch Weekly reported.
"They live in fear of Kate," Jon told In Touch.
"Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me... Regardless of what the judge decides, I have to at least try. I just wish Kate would wake up, realize how she's behaving -- and change her ways."
The couple's 13-year-old twins Mady and Cara appeared on the Today show last week with Kate and remained awkwardly silent for most of the interview, even when they were asked questions directly. Mady and Cara did admit they'd love to star in another reality show and have been doing just fine since Kate Plus 8, but Jon told TMZ he was horrified to see his daughters struggle so much on TV.

Jon explained Kate violated their custody agreement by not asking him to watch their sextuplets when Mady and Cara traveled out of Pennsylvania with their mother for the show.
"First, I'm going to file for an emergency petition for contempt... The next step is to fight for custody," Jon told the magazine. "It's the only way I can protect the younger six."
Jon said he will file the paperwork as soon as he can collect enough money for fees and lawyers.
Jon has claimed for months that Kate is hungry for fame and money and uses their children to keep her status. Jon has suggested his children have developmental problems due to their long-term stint on reality TV since Jon & Kate Plus 8 premiered in April 2007. He wants them to live a normal life.
Kate has denied such accusations, saying her children are happy and she has their best interests at heart. Kate also insisted Mady and Cara willingly wanted to appear on Today and she allows them to make their own decisions now.
