After being nominated for eviction by Erika Landin, the sixth Head of Household, Justin Giovinco, was evicted last night from the "Big Brother 4" house based on the votes of his fellow HouseGuests. Justin received more votes than fellow nominee Robert Roman. Jun Song won the Power of Veto and chose not to use it.

After the houseguests voted live during the broadcast, Justin learned his fate, said his good-byes and left the house. After leaving "Big Brother 4," Justin was interviewed by Julie Chen about his experience.

Justin received three of the four votes for eviction from HouseGuests Jack Owens, Alison Irwin and Jun Song. Jee Choe chose to evict Robert. As Head of Household, Erika was ineligible to vote unless there had been a tie.

The HouseGuests compete each Wednesday to become Head of Household. The perks of the position include having a luxurious private bedroom stocked with favorite foods, but it also includes the responsibility of having to nominate two fellow housemates for eviction. However, one of the nominees can be saved from the chopping block if they or another housemate wins the Power of Veto competition and chooses to save one of the nominees while giving themselves immunity from nomination. If they choose to use the veto power, the Head of Household must immediately choose another nominee.
