Justin appears to be one of the more smooth, sweet-talking bachelors on Katie's The Bachelorette season, but so far, drama has taken away from fans being able to get to know Justin better.
Justin has gushed about Katie being "smart and real," and on Night 1 of his journey to find love, he gifted Katie with a painting he had made of red roses in the shape of a heart.
Justin told Katie that he'd continue to work on the painting as the season progressed, and during his first group date with the Bachelorette, Justin tried to prove he'd be "the greatest lover of all time" by rubbing Katie's feet and showing her how he'd take care of her.
Justin continues to receive rose after rose, and he's already engaged in a steamy makeout session with Katie.
It's clear the chemistry is there, but Katie is probably waiting to dive deeper with this suitor, whom ABC has dubbed "one hell of a catch" given he's tall, handsome and has a great career.

Justin works as a DCIO Intermediary Sales Consultant at T. Rowe Price. He began this position in January 2020.Justin began working at T. Rowe Price in October 2016 as a financial services associate and was promoted in February 2018 to be a US Intermediary Sales Associate.
He even served as an intern at T. Rowe Price in 2014. (Justin also worked as a derivative operations summer analyst for Morgan Stanley in 2015 before coming back to T. Rowe Price).
