"JWoww" was allegedly verbally and physically abusive to former live-in boyfriend Tom Lippolis throughout their relationship, according to the ex-beau of the Jersey Shore star.

"The entire relationship, she did nothing but physically abuse me, cheat on me, and just be verbally and physically abusive. That was her as a person. Once she got famous, it just got to her head and she became this complete horror," Lippolis told Star magazine in a video interview released by RadarOnline.
"I don't understand how she could be talking -- blaming me for physically abusing her [now]."
According to Lippolis -- who is also suing the Jersey Shore star for alleged unpaid management fees for serving as her manager during the first two seasons of the MTV reality series -- Jenni "J-Woww" Farley even stabbed him in the arm with a kitchen knife during one particularly nasty argument in March 2010.
"It basically snowballed from a typical relationship fight, and before you knew it, we were just yelling at each other and I looked down at my arm and my entire arm is cut open. She literally stabbed me with a knife," Lippolis told Star.

"I couldn't believe it, because when I looked down, my -- I mean, it looked like something out of a surgery TV show -- my entire arm was just like cut open, bleeding and she cut right through the muscle and everything in my bicep."
Farley's attack allegedly resulted in a hospital trip that left Lippolis, who broke up with the Jersey Shore star last August after she was photographed kissing another man, needing 57 stitches.
"I had to go to the emergency room to get 57 stitches from her," he said.
"She ended up grabbing a fireplace poker and wanted to continue. I couldn't believe it. So, she wound up swinging that at me a few times. I also had scratches all the way up and down my arm, and yeah. I have a scar on my right shoulder. I have bruises and scars all over my right arm."
However, Lippolis told Star he didn't attempt to fight back as Farley assaulted him.

"I was raised not to raise my hand to a woman ever no matter what happened. I actually have photos [of the injuries]," he said.
According to Lippolis -- whom a judge recently prevented from releasing nude photos of Farley -- his love for the Jersey Shore star also kept him from reporting the attack to the police at the time.
"I never pressed charges against Jenni because, I think -- I don't know -- I think love does funny things to somebody, and at that point, I really was -- I don't know, call me crazy -- in love with her," he told Star.
"I mean, I jumped on a plane no more than 24 hours after she stabbed me over to Chicago because we had a club appearance to do... I really wasn't trying to get her in trouble. That's the last thing that I wanted through all of this. This is why I usually stay quiet."
Farley's representative had no comment on the alleged stabbing, according to RadarOnline.
