The eleventh-season The Bachelorette star took to Instagram on Monday, November 6 to document her experience trying on wedding dresses, People reported.
The 32-year-old Off the Vine podcast host got engaged to Shawn, a 30-year-old personal trainer, on The Bachelorette's finale in 2015.
Ever since then, the media has been pushing for a wedding date, but the couple has been resistant to change since they apparently love their life together just the way it is.
But the ball may finally be rolling on wedding plans, as Kaitlyn took photos and videos of herself inside a wedding dress showroom in New York City.

"Okay, that is a wrap. I'm still in white," Kaitlyn said in an Instagram story while wearing a short, plunging white mini-dress as she panned the camera over multiple bridal gowns, according to People. "Now it's off to a night to honor Steve Martin and Kermit the frog."
Wedding gown designer Hayley Paige also reportedly shared a snapshot with Kaitlyn in an Instagram story of her own.
After leaving the NYC showroom, Kaitlyn was a guest at the Drama League's 34th Annual Benefit Gala at the Plaza Hotel, and she wore the same white dress she had photographed herself in.
Later that night, while Kaitlyn was laying in bed at home, she revealed on social media, "I had a very long day today, but in the best way possible. I tried on wedding dresses all day. Exciting stuff. Then I went to the night honoring Steve Martin, coolest thing ever! So much singing and dancing, met so many great people."
Kaitlyn and Shawn recently moved to New York together so she could host Home for the Holidays, a Broadway show that will run at the August Wilson Theatre in November and December.

Kaitlyn will contribute to a few of the show's songs, and the event will feature past stars from American Idol, America's Got Talent, and The Voice.
When Kaitlyn opened up about the temporary move last month for her new gig, she gushed, "I truly think Shawn and myself are supposed to be together. We want to work through any challenges -- we will fight for anything because our relationship is meant to be."
Back in May 2017, Kaitlyn and Shawn celebrated the two-year anniversary of their engagement.
"Cheers to the longest engagement ever," Kaitlyn captioned a sweet photo of the pair.
"I like that we don't feel pressure, I like that we have taken our time, I like that we still don't have a date set, and I kind of like you. Best 2 years ever. Happy Anniversary Shawn B. I love you!"

Shawn also gushed about his fiancee, writing on Instagram, "I am one lucky guy to have been able to spend the last two years of my life with this beautiful, intelligent, funny, strong, and bad ass woman! Thank you for the greatest 2 years, thank you for being you, and thank you for, well ya know, Riiiiickk."
Prior to starring on The Bachelorette, Kaitlyn competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season in early 2015 on ABC. She finished in third place behind runner-up Becca Tilley and winner Whitney Bischoff.
