Kaitlyn Bristowe wants to continue sharing her love story now that The Bachelorette is over. She truly believes she has found an "only-see-it-in-the-movies" type of relationship with Shawn Booth.

"As if we all haven't done this enough already, but let's take a moment to gush over Shawn Booth. From his romantic charm to his perfect hair, he's what I've been waiting for my whole life," Bristowe wrote in the Thursday blog post.
"Even though my parents went through a divorce, from a young age I was witness to what it was to love and be loved. If anyone has ever met my dad, you know that I would have high expectations of how a lady should be treated -- I always tell him he should write a book. And then there's my mom, who has the biggest heart and is SUCH a hopeless romantic. My parents realized that they had more of a great friendship than the kind of love you dream of."
Bristowe said her parents finally found "THAT kind of love" and she has "two amazing relationships" to look up to.
"We're all one big weird happy family and there's a lot of love between us. I believe that Shawn is the person I am supposed to be with -- it's soul mates, true love, 'only-see-it-in-the-movies' type of stuff. It wasn't an accident that my best friend made me go on that show, it's not an accident that Chris Soules didn't see me as his wife, and it wasn't an accident that Shawn's sister saw him with someone like me and told him to risk it," she wrote.
"I truly believe we were meant to meet, and be together forever. We lived in different countries and the only way the universe could get us together, was to go on a crazy adventure on a reality tv show. And I have never felt more confident about anything in my whole life."
Bristowe called their love story "a beautiful thing," and that's why she can't help but brag about it.
"When it's shown on The Bachelorette, we all know it will come across as dramatic -- they use that word themselves a rude amount of times. Actually, I'm starting to believe that Chris Harrison gets a raise every time he uses that word," she explained.
"I don't want to make our relationship seem perfect, because it's not, and imperfections are important to acknowledge because that's what makes us normal! Sometimes I get mad at him for being on his phone, sometimes we disagree on things. And that's ok. Because we know we will get through anything and learn about each other along the way. And at the end of the day, we aren't characters on a TV show. We are real people."
Bristowe acknowledged Booth is simply "one of a kind."
"He is thoughtful, romantic, a gentleman, sincere, and ridiculously good looking," she continued.
"He thinks about the little things, and I know that he will for the rest of our lives, he will put our relationship first, and so will I. I want to say thank you to all of the people who have been invested in our love story, and stood by us with support. We can't wait to be out in the world, as two crazy kids madly in love. Xoxo."
