Unfortunately for The Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe, her decision to have sex with a suitor way before her round of fantasy-suite dates might've cost her finding love.

"She wasn't wasted. She just couldn't help herself. She's very physical," a show insider told Us Weekly in its July 8 issue.
Bristowe insisted to the media she wasn't ashamed of her actions. Instead, she was just regretful about how soon she decided to have sex.
"She was devastated," said the show insider. "She doesn't think there was anything wrong with it. She just wished it had happened further along [in the process]. She knew she had to say something [to the guys] just to unburden herself."
But Bristowe reportedly decided to drop the bomb selectively, as she told only her frontrunners at the time.
"She realized it was going to be broadcast, and she's seen these things hurt relationships. She figured it would be better to be up-front," explained the show insider, so she just told the "guys she was serious about."
The Bachelorette reportedly told these men "one-on-one when she felt she needed to."
While Bristowe might've expected her suitors would be understanding and forgiving, according to the source, her steamy disclosure flipped her world upside down.
"They were all upset. It changed everything," noted the show insider.
Besides the men, many The Bachelorette fans at home also didn't react warmly to Bristowe's behavior.
"I have tough skin, but when people are calling you a slut, that definitely hurts. To have people attack me for being human is hard," Bristowe told People in its June 15 issue.
"Sex is part of a relationship to me. I don't know why it's being made into such a horrible thing. If I'd waited 10 days, done it in the fantasy suite and not talked about it, then I'm not a whore. I got a negative response because I talked about it."

The events that played out after Bristowe got intimate in the bedroom weren't all bad, however.
"It probably made the process of finding someone even more legit. This is who I am, and if you're going to love me for the rest of my life, then you have to love me for who I am," she told People.
The next episode of The Bachelorette airs Monday, June 15 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
