Kaitlyn "Kaity" Biggar will be one of 30 bachelorettes after Zach Shallcross' roses on The Bachelor's 27th season.

Kaity, a 27-year-old blonde beauty from Austin, TX, may have an easy time making a relationship work with Zach -- if they end up together -- because The Bachelor star lives in the same city for his job in technology sales.

Zach told BachelorNation.com that he wants to find a "really compassionate" woman who's "kind to everyone."

"I think a lot of people can be really self-involved. So how you treat people on a day-to-day basis is really important to me," Zach said. "I just want someone who is a really kind, compassionate person."

He also said that going into filming, he was "most nervous" about meeting a woman who joined the show for the wrong reasons.

"I'm most nervous about the fact that there could be people that are on this journey and a part of this experience that don't take it seriously and don't want to actually find love," Zach shared.

"I want to find someone who truly wants a future with me, so that's what scares me the most."

The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer recently teased that Zach's season is "a throwback" and the "most emotional" one he's ever hosted. Jesse also noted how Season 27 will be more "about the love story" and "less about the drama."

Jesse also teased on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast how Zach really "shines" on The Bachelor, and so will Kaity outshine the 29 other women on the show and ultimately be the one to win Zach's heart?

Kaity grew up figure skating and she absolutely loves going on roller coasters.

Kaity enjoys swimming but hates that sharks may be swimming underneath her.

And as far as dining in Austin goes, her favorite spots are Aba, Launderette, Red Ash, and Terry Black's BBQ, according to the AXIOS Austin website.

Jesse Palmer has teased that Kaity will have Zach laughing
